Hi guys, I need an advice as I'm in dilemma, if I should bulk or cut.

I have sort of gave up on gym after being diagnosed "chondromalacia patella" and week after I dis-located shoulder as well, luckily got away with only teared tendons, I did physical therapies back then, but shoulder still felt loose. Anyway I literally DONE nothing for like 8 months, then I finally decided to stop being pu**y and found some great exercises online to strengthen up my shoulder. I've been doing various exercises for aprox. 2 months now and I been doing few sets of OHP here and then for last 3 weeks gradually increasing weight (yesterday I did 3sets of 8 repts with like 30kg), saying that I am positive that my shoulders are good enough for some more serious training.

Since I have not yet found solution for my knees "chondromalacia patella". I've decided I'll just train upper body for time being. I'm not sure if that will do as most of articles I've read emphasize (squat, squat, deadlift, deadlift, eat, sleep, repeat) :((

I did a lot of reading on how to approach dieting etc., but I still wonder what would be most ideal macronutrients percentages (eg. 30% protein, 45% carb, 25% fat)...

Stats:
age = 27
height = 184cm
weight = 76kg
BF = no idea, ordered caliper so i can calculate

Few pics before bed (relaxed, no flexing, sorry if bad posture):

So now that you know a bit about me, should I do lean bulk or cut?
