Hey there everyone, just thought I'd share this with yall.

Being involved in the fitness industry for so long now, I've seen my fair share of bogus claims over the years, however this

is not one of them.

 

Yes, Apples. Apple cider vinegar...

 

Apple cider vinegar is a well know substance amongst the natuopathic community as being able to help the user lose weight, fast. And I mean fast !

 

How it works is simple, when apple cider vinegar is present in your stomach prior to your meal, it works to break down the proteins in the food further, increasing the natural production of HGH within your body, as well as increasing your metabolism, which intern. Helps you lose weight.

 

Now, whats the dosage ?

 

well,

 

the dosage taken and approved by most is said to be 3 Tablespoons per day, one just before breakfast, one just before lunch, and one just before yourr last meal.
