Hey Scott. Whenever I do push ups, it seems like I begin to fatigue very fast. My goal is to do 100 push ups. But lately,by the time I reach 25 or even 30, I start to fatigue. It seems like this has been happening for over a year now. So I am trying find ways to fix this problem. What should I do?

Well doing 100 push-ups in a row is a pretty challenging task for sure. Just try to increase slowly, even one rep at a time. If you did 25 today, aim for 26 tomorrow. Then 27 the next day and so on. 1 rep every day will add up pretty quick.

And if you notice you get to a plateau, say you are at 30 and can't do any more. If you want to work on endruance, take a 10 second rest, then do as many more as you can.

If you just want to get to 100 in as few sets as possible, do your first set (as many as you can), rest for 1 minute, then do another set (as many as you can), rest for 1 minute, and continue like that until you get to 100 reps total.

Ok. I will give what you mentioned a try. I will keep you posted on my progress. By the way, I am prepping myself for the 12 week program. Once I am fully prepared, I will be kicking this thing into high gear!😉

Great! Look forward to seeing how you progress with the push-ups. You're going to do the 12 week home program after this? Nice! Get ready man because those workouts are INTENSE!

I will be doing the home version whenever I am at home and can't make it to the gym, and the 12 week at the gym on days I make it there. I will be grinding away at your program! I am looking forward to making some serious gains!!!! Thanks again Coach Scott!😁
