My Goal is athletic strength. I would like to know what would be the best exercises. What can I add or take away?

Hey @Givemorelov, not sure if your entire picture came up? Can only see training days for Monday-Thursday. I can say from here though that you probably want a bit more volume on your leg day at least. Remember you have your glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves to target. Also, if you have the deadlift at the start of your Wednesday workout, you probably don't need the suitcase deadlift as well.
