    1.Blood acidity vs protein; 2.OAP training

    Blood acidity: unbiased opinion is hard to find but protein acidizes - we eat tons of it. I offset in my diet but it impedes nutrient intake so a fine line. Should we check blood acidity and do you have any information?

    OAP training (almost 65 but head says 30): I train like a kid and sometimes suffer. Sorry, no brakes. Should we adapt our training or continue normally, just allowing for lower VO max, vagarities of ageing etc.? If we adapt, how? I have found NOTHING worth reading about it, except senior citizen keep fit classes: knees bend, arms stretch.....
