MS is all about educating its members and giving credit where it's due.
We would love to post your fitness related articles in the ROUTINE section of the website.
If you are not a PLATINUM member, you can see a routine examples HERE.
If you would like to send a submission, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information.
- Your Name
- MS Username (Make sure your profile is filled out and you have a profile image with both profile photo and thumbnail cropped)
- Written Routine with CORRECT FORMAT (listed below)
- 1 - 2 routine related photos which must be ORIGINAL, not copyrighted.
- At least 1 photo of each exercise in the routine (which will also be in the downloadable PDF file)
- YouTube video link of the routine if you have them. (not required)
All routine submissions will be subjected to review and approval by the MS Team.
Once approved, your article will be published and linked to your MS profile in the NOTEBOOK section!

- Secondary Muscles Worked
- Equipment Required
- INTRO: discuss what the routine entails and the benifits of the routine
- List of exercises INCLUDING sets, reps and rest periods
- OUTRO: Discuss any other details needed such as modifiers, how many times a week the routine can be performed, etc.
MOST IMPORTANT:Download one of the PDF DOCUMENTS from the example routines HERE and use that formate to lay out all the above information as well as the photos for each exercise at the bottom of the document.
