I'm so heavy right now that my whole body is aching from this workout, I loved it, I hated it by round 4, and now I want to get back in.
Just wanted to say how much I admire people who stay fit and work out regularly, I got so used to my desk job that I want to die everytime I work out, but I will persist, and will share my pics from blob to less of a blob in 12 weeks :)
I see a really nice community here so I will stick around and share my nonesense, and hopefully get some advise from you guys!
