So i re did my calorie goals because before i wanted to loose weight, but i want to gain weight because i realized that im skinny fat and thanks to one of scotts recent videos i need to gain more weight. and i started to, i was at 20% body fat about a month ago and im down to 17% body fat!!!
So as i said i re did my macros and i just wanted some advice as to if its good or not. based off scotts video of building your meal plan i got
protien:240g
carbs:260g
fat:80g
calorie total- 2720
But on the muscular strength website ajd the calorie calculator it said
protien-197
carbs-428
fat-59
calorie total-3000
Not sure which to follow, and advice would be helpful.
some extra stuff- Im 23 going to be 24, i weight 160, 17% body fat, my goal is to get to 180 in the long run, but for now i want to get to at least 170 by june. Im also following the 12 week plan. Thanks again!
