How much Omega6 is actually in Grass Fed?

So, listed in the many benefits extoled about grass-fed lean steak is higher levels of Omega 6 and all nutrients as well as being leaner in general. And though I don't doubt this and prefer the taste of grass-fed beef and dairy, just how quantifiably more nutritious is grass-fed, and how much Omega 6 can you typically expect per product?

I've emailed Kerrygold about their butter, but I'm still waiting on a response, so curious if anyone actually knows numerically.

Honestly man I don't know the numbers. Grass fed does tend to be promoted as the better option though.. might be worth looking into more just to see if everything they tell you is in fact true!

Lol wow.. that's crazy that even they don't know. Although I don't think that's something that HAS to be included in nutritional information.

I had a great article on this , i am headed to work. I will see if I can find it. The difference may be ubstantial for both meat and dairy quality but I see conflicting information. Darn internet is full of bogus articles.
