So, im kind of figuring that i dont have enough protein in my diet and i also dont want to take whey protein powder,

 

 

So i would like to know what you guys recommend for a protein powder ,between brown rice protein, pea protein and hemp protein.

 

which one should i chose and why basically.

 

(Im leaning toward the brown rice protein because i feel it safer then the pea , since the pea protein powder they say to drink alot of water in the warning/caution section)

 

But, i would like to know what you guys thought on it.

Personally, I don't have much experience with these other protein options. I have heard good things about all of them, so it would come down to what is the most cost effective and optimal for you.

 

I actually think I have heard hemp is really good if you are looking for a non-dairy based protein.. might be the best of them? But again, I haven't done lots of reseach into it. It sounds like you already aren't that keen on the pea protein anyway so that narrows your options down to 2 haha 😁
