So, im kind of figuring that i dont have enough protein in my diet and i also dont want to take whey protein powder,
So i would like to know what you guys recommend for a protein powder ,between brown rice protein, pea protein and hemp protein.
which one should i chose and why basically.
(Im leaning toward the brown rice protein because i feel it safer then the pea , since the pea protein powder they say to drink alot of water in the warning/caution section)
But, i would like to know what you guys thought on it.
