HI everyone, I'm desperatley seeking help. I am 28 years old, 5'11", 178 pounds. I've been going to the gym for about 5 months - 4 times a week and I've noticed muscle and strength gain but I can NOT get rid of my belly fat - I'm currently at 17%. I don't have the best diet. I have a few main questions.
- I've read a lot on the internet if you want to lose weight than you should eat below 100g carbs a day
Yet the calculator on the website is telling me to intake 222gProtein, 81g of fat and 264g of carbs. I have the goal set to fat loss so why is it calculating my carbs so high?
Can someone please give me some advice on how to lose more body fat %
