HI everyone, I'm desperatley seeking help. I am 28 years old, 5'11", 178 pounds. I've been going to the gym for about 5 months - 4 times a week and I've noticed muscle and strength gain but I can NOT get rid of my belly fat - I'm currently at 17%. I don't have the best diet. I have a few main questions.

 

- I've read a lot on the internet if you want to lose weight than you should eat below 100g carbs a day 

 

Yet the calculator on the website is telling me to intake 222gProtein, 81g of fat and 264g of carbs. I have the goal set to fat loss so why is it calculating my carbs so high? 

 

Can someone please give me some advice on how to lose more body fat %

The calculator gives you an estimate of where you should start, it is then up to you to make adjustments to your meal plan based on your goals and workouts.

 

What workouts are you doing as that will make a big difference in how we adjust your carb intake.
