Need help with building a meal plan

I'm kind of confused and lost when it comes to a meal plan

Hey guys, I'm new to this website, and just became a platinum member to use the meal plan builder. However I'm having a little trouble making up my calories with foods I want to eat. As I am very new to bodybuilding I want to keep my meal plan as simple as possible just till I get the hang of it.
Is there anyway you guys could help me build a plan or point me in the direction of a pre-made one that fits my needs?

My macros are:
220g protein (880 cal)

350 carbs (1400 cal)

90g Fats (810 cal)

I would preferably like to keep it as basic as possible, I don't care how boring it is, I just want to get started.
My goal would be to eat 3 or 4 meals a day, that contain foods like chicken, pasta, rice, veg, milk, bread, peanut butter.

I know I'm not giving you guys much to work on so if you need more information then just let me know. Any advice at all would be appreciated, I'm kind of overwhelmed with all this information. Thanks.
