First of all thank you for everything u do.
U dont know how much your videos improved my fitness and for that i thank u.
Now i have a small question and would appreciate your answering me.
Im on a shrink program and following exactly what you said to do and i want to know if i can speed up the progress by earting smaller amounts of food.if i do it and im still lifting the same weight in the gym ( lets say 30kg in dumbbell press) my muscles can still shrink?
