I find it way to common for people not to be eating vegetables. But I think it has a lot to do with the fact that vegetables do not taste as good as burgers and pizza. But you can not expect that by putting some raw brocolli and pepper together its going to taste great. You need to make it taste better by adding spices or having some good meat for instance with it. 

The picture is showing a great vegetable mix that I really enjoyed with some fresh fish.

2 tomatos
2 champignon mushrooms
1 red pepper
2 carrots
2 whole brocolli
1 crispsalad
Mixed with oil and curry, chilli powder and garlic pepper.

This does taste very good and it will give you great energy as well. I think everyone should be eating vegetables every single day just like you should eat fruit every day. Make something like this and have some fish on the side and your body will be thanking you.

I think it is very common for people, just like for me a while back, to just have some meat and some type of carb source without vegetables. Because one thinks about fat, carbs and protein and forget all about what actually fuels the body's processes (like protein synthesis), VITAMINS. Pretty simple, eat your damn vegetables !

I hear people say: "well I have no problem not eating my vegetables im healthy either way!" untill they get some sort of disease and are told by their doctors to eat more vegetables ! People need to start BEFORE they get problems, when the problem first arises it is a lot harder to fix !
