I've finally found a weight range I want to live in (170-180 lbs). My docs and I are happy at the high end - my wife is happy with me at the low end. I'd like to be able to keep my diet and not lose my damned mind. Somewhere in between a dreamer bulk and carrying a food scale everywhere. You know, normalcy.

Help?

Old enough to know better, young enough not to care. I'm an eternal rookie - As soon as I stop learning I start dying.

Track your macros, and don't be afraid to enjoy.

This.

Make room for your favorite foods. You don't always have to measure everything to the nearest gram, just estimate honestly and end up close.

If you start gaining weight, start tracking more rigorously and dial it in a bit more.

I agree, and after a few weeks of tracking macros you won't need a scale because you will have a general idea of how much food you need to reach your macros! You will be able to eyeball it easy!
