This video highlights exactly what it should: That junk food, despite having more calories, will not be optimal for gaining lean muscle when its set up against something with less calories, but of better quality. I completely agree with almost every word that was spoken in this video and I think everyone should take this infomation to heart, because this is gold.

 

I have actually talked about, in the past, of using cheat meals as a way of gaining weight. But I also clearly stated that you were also going to gain fat doing that. However this, as shown in the video, is the best way to go about it for gaining lean muscle.

 

Any thoughts or comments ?

I mean... if it tastes good spit it out.

I eat the bro foods most of the time, but I still fit junk into my macros if I'm craving. There's no point in having a physique if you can't enjoy anything.
