I have stated keeping track of what I'm eating and I weigh about 135-140 and I try to take 210g protein, 56g fat, and 225g carbs/day, but I try to keep my diet very natural aside from my supplements but I'm not sure how I can find out how much protein/carbs/fats are in the foods I eat, (especially eggs) is there some sort of graph or food calculator based off of how many grams of the food that anyone can give me? That would be so great and thanks!

you can also just type in the name of the food next to nutrition on google and google will show a chart on the right with all the nutrition facts. its pretty nice, you can change the serving sizes on the chart too.
