Supps look good man. I wouldn't worry about glutamine unless you lift heavy often and have joint pain. You could it wouldn't hurt anything.

I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. Hey guy/gals,

I am currently thinking about adding some new supplements to my current stack that consists of

1. BSN Amino Acids

2. BSN No-Xplode Pre-workout

3. BSN Protein Powder

4. Liquid Fish Oil

I am currently satisifed with these supplements but was unsure if I should start working towards adding some glutamine to my stack and some joint pain strengthers that are not pills cause I am unable to take a pill. Do you guys

recommended any more brands like C4 for preworkout or specfic bands that seem to be the most benefical? Currently I am on a lean muscle bulk consuming 2,510 calories a day at 158 pounds and 5'11 height, 22 years old. My body fat iif I had to guess is between the 13-15 percent range. Goal of the lean bulk is to increase all my compound movements such as deadlift, bench press, shoulder press. What would you guys recommended me doing? Also is it bad that I horribly had a cheat day today on thanksgiving? is it going to ruin my fitness? Also does anyone have any good advice on good meal prepping cause my meals consists on the same thing every week.. Chicken breast, sweet potato, mixed veggies, broccoli, brown rice, eggs, oatmeal, protein powder, quest bars and almonds eith fish oil.

thanks everyone!

What's the joint issue? Glutamine isn't going to do much for any joint stuff... there's other things for that. Honestly, C4 is garbage IMO -there is much better and better ingredients. Drop the idea that "cheat" meals will sabbotage your results. They wont because theres no such thing as a "cheat" food. Make healthy choices and fit these other foods you enjoy in there and you will be fine.

Those supplements are good for your goal actually. Lean bulk is a very rocky road for a goal. It takes time and effort, in short slow in progress but worth it. Focusing in compound movement is a great idea..first for strength gain at the same time for bulding muscle. Its okay to have a cheat day during thanksgiving.. you dont have to punish yourself all the time. You will not gain too much fat in just one cheat day. Your meal is good to me. In lean bulk.. all you have to do is watch your carbs intake.. lets make it short. Low carbs and high protein diet.. and ohhh eat some healthy fat. =)
