i know it's Embarrassing 

to say this in here but i really wanna know how to fix 

i googled this i found many people have this problem 

i drink smoothie which contains (two banan+ skimmed fat yogurt or milk+spinach+strawberry

sometime i remove spinach and i stay for one hour after having this 

i am not on diet but i am eating healthy

what do u think? how to avoid that ? is it Lactose Intolerance?

if you are not used to eating lots of protein.. the farts come out! happens to us all. As you continue to maintain a high protein diet, you wont fart as much. Also, pre-workouts make you fart too!

It could be the fiber causing you to fart. As long as they're not "wet" (sorry, had to mention it!), you're supposed to fart a LOT (if I remember right it's like 15-20 times a day)! If they stink and you're on a treadmill, I'd recommend going where none of the cardio bunnies go, so as not to offend them...or do what I do, and do your cardio out on the streets, or hiking!

You could always try finding a gym that allows pets and bring your dog. Then if you fart, you can just blame it on the dog :-P

Farted doing Deadlifts today . Protein and Fiber do that to me but it's not as abnormal as you think for many. Don't worry about it just make sure noones around and if they are and one happens start Beat Boxing and they'll think nothing of it.

I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. MS Athlete/Super Hermanite BEING CHALLENGED IN LIFE IS INEVITABLE, BEING DEFEATED IS OPTIONAL.

Don't worry about it man! There's really no stopping it...embrace it! haha.
