When is it okay and how often?

Is there a specific time you should eat cheat meals? I've heard once a week is what's recommended or needed for your body but I get nervous to eat cheat meals, even white rice, because I feel like it's all going to be stored as fat?

Matt,

I am not a proponent of cheat meals and I don't do them. I believe you should have proper nutrition 100% of the time. It is everyone's individual choice but that is the choice I have made :-)

I agree with you 100% Cheat meals make me feel so guilty. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't bad I wasn't eating one once in awhile.

It is totally up to you. An occassional meal won't hurt. For me, I am so used to eating very nutritious foods all the time a cheat meal actually makes me feel sick not good :-)

i plan mine on sundays. Monday is my leg day so the extra carbs help when making those PRs. I usually eat clean until about lunch/dinner time then have pizza, panda express (chinese) or whatever it is my husband wants. So far ive had good success with this method

Having a cheat meal is not a big deal actually but itts better if you don't have. Well, sometimes I do have cheat meal.. its my choice actually, either starve or get bulk. AHHAHAHA

Yes its where I asked the pasta question, I deleted and went to a more appropriate forum to ask it lol. I’m still having a little difficulty navigating unless I use the ipad.

Haha it's OK, you will get the hang of it! Plus everything will be much easier to use when the app comes out.. not to mention the fact you'll have it with you ON THE GO 😁 ðŸ’ª ðŸ‹
