Hey I have been doing the Powerbuilding 101 by Brian DeCosta and as I am starting week 5 I can say that I am really happy with it and will countinue to use it. However, as my platinum membership has expired I forgot to note down the % for the compound lifts for the two chest days and the 2nd Back day. Could someone write them down for me? That would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
