Hello Nation!! I just wanted to share my strength progression and all over progress. I started my journey into fitness in May this year when I found myself on the verge of obesity, with 26 % BF I could only get to 3 reps of bodyweight pull ups. Right now I love that how far I've come since then and every day now I feel more determined. The motivation and support everyone is getting here from MS Athletes should spread throughout the world.

@scott_herman @hawk_given @crood and everyone keep up the motivation!!

 

PS. I tried some one arm chin ups for checking my strength levels (5 reps each arm), couldn't complete the full range of motion though but worth it! :D XD

Excellent work Manish. Keep at it. You already have good shoulder and upper body development. Once you lean out, you will see even more :-)

dudeeeee! you are repping out those levers like there is no tomorrow ! good job !!!

 

also good job on the one arm chinups, they are already more than most people can do at all, not to speask of one arm ;) (i can only do one arms with a rubber band to grab on a lower position with the second arm.. so here you win already ! XD)

 

your back looks great too, you just keep going like this, and you'll greatly advance and progress even more =)
