Hello Nation!! I just wanted to share my strength progression and all over progress. I started my journey into fitness in May this year when I found myself on the verge of obesity, with 26 % BF I could only get to 3 reps of bodyweight pull ups. Right now I love that how far I've come since then and every day now I feel more determined. The motivation and support everyone is getting here from MS Athletes should spread throughout the world.

PS. I tried some one arm chin ups for checking my strength levels (5 reps each arm), couldn't complete the full range of motion though but worth it! :D XD
