Got bored with the same workout, time to try something DIFFERENT!!

Hello Nation!! if anyone wants a change in their workouts, you can try this particular session for hitting all three deltoids and upper back.

    weighted pull ups 5x5
    shoulder press(dumbbell/Barbell) 5x5
    bodyweight high pullups 5x5
    Arnold press 5x5
    explosive/clap pullups 3x5
    incline bench front raise 4x8
    Divebombers 5x10

 

I've been doing this for 3 weeks and you'll surely feel the burn!! 

I'd also like to know the professionals opinions :)

Thanks man! and trust me it is an intense one, it just doesn't feel enough if I don't crush and burn em!! ;)

Since Im back to track again.. these workout looks like worth it to try.
