Hello everyone. I've been away for quite some time working on strength training programs and developing my overall power. Which brings me to my point. I'm to the point where I'm lifting at my heaviest and think I need to invest in a weight lifting belt. I've never used one before and have only tried one on one time. My question is do I need to invest in an expensive one or just go get an off the shelf one until I get used to wearing one? I really really like the Inzer belt that Scott reviewed in one of his recent videos. I also know other people that use an Inzer belt as well. I don't mind spending the $ on equipment if it's going to help. I've PR'd every month for the past few months and I can start to feel my form fail. What are your thoughts?
