Hi everyone!

I've been cutting for about a month now and am down to 11.9% bodyfat. I am 190 cm's tall and weigh 80.8 kilos. However, I'm not really happy with my physique at the moment, as I seem to lack some muscle in my chest and back. I'm wondering if I should continue my cut or start to increase my calories to add some muscle before summer? I hope you guys can help me out!

hey whats up bro, to your concern I suggest that you increase your protein intake if you havent already. The mistake people make while cutting is that there more concerned with losing weight rather then focused on burning fat and keeping as much muscle as possible. Also what does your workouts look like because if you want some nice muscle in your back and chest, its a must to have a workout program to go with your cutting diet.

Hope that helped and if your looking for more in detail tips and tricks check out and Subscribe to my Youtube channel ReggieBFitness.

My protein intake has been at least 200 grams everyday. My workout consist of at least 18 sets where I start with 1/2 compound moves and finish off with 2/3 isolation exercises. Recently I started to train my back and chest twice a week for extra growth. I don't follow a set program but I put my workout together before I go to the gym.

But what my main issue is that I don't know what'd be best from an aesthatics standpoint. A little bit higher bodyfat (around 12.5%) and more mass or leaner and less mass in my chest and back area.
