Hello all!
I'm very new to this website and to weight loss in general. I think this is the right time to stop it right there and get right into it.
I'm 33 years old, 5'11 and I weight 380 lbs. I know, I'm big and extremely overweight. Weight has been a very big problem for me since my young ages. I'd like to change that, and 2017 is the year where this will end. I deserve better.
I've been preparing myself and doing some reading here in the forums and on the web, but can't really find the answer to what I really need. I've been thinking on following the meal plan and the macros to the letter, while doing the 12-week transformation program.
I was thinking on doing the Push, Pull, Legs program, was checking out the videos and I can do everything, except some of the things in the HIIT workout. What would you recommend I do in regards to HIIT... do a light version of the workouts or do a lighter HIIT instead?
Would any of you have some advice for me on how to get started?
