So I'm trying to lose fat, I hate it because it's not like a muscle that can be utilized. What are the best ways to get rid of fat? I understand of course going on a diet is a big part in weight or fat loss but what kind of diet? For me I think I would need a really strict diet plan but I have no clue on what to do. Exercising is also something I need to do too. I'm not worried about losing weight, I just want to get rid of all this fat. Are there certain exercises that can help me get lean. Of course if they make me stronger then even better.

You need to get yourself into a caloric deficit @Mwubbenhorst. Go to the @mealplan page and watch my video about calculating your macros. Then enter your details into the calculator on the left hand side of the page, that will give you your total daily calorie expenditure and it will give you some guideline macros to follow.
Come back and post the numbers you get and we can start working on a plan to get rid of that fat!
As for training, circuit training and HIIT cardio mixed with weight training would be great. Have you thought about trying the 12 week challenge? There's circuit training involved specifically for getting lean :)
