5'8 175lbs bench 265 squat 370 dead 280 (just started doing them) and body fat around 18%. I'm eating 1700 calories a day, doing cardio 2 days a week and lifting 3, doing 5x5 program. Protein is always around 170g, carbs 140g and fat 50g. I should be at a 300 calorie deficit, but I haven't lost weight in 3 weeks. I use myfitness pal and track everything down to ketchup. I have a sedentary job so I figured around a TDEE of 2000. Help? Or any suggestions? I just want to get my bf % down around 12-15

It sounds like you are not burning enough calories int he gym with that 5x5 program bro. That is for strength gain, not maximum calorie burn / fat loss. Maybe if we just boost your cardio to 4 days a week that could do the trick. just do 25 - 30 minutes of HIIT.

Thoughts?

Yeah, I was trying to do a litte bit of both strength gain and fat loss.  I'll up my cardio here for the next few weeks and see if that helps, running a 10k in pittsburgh this weekend haha, thanks man!

I need a suggestion. Lately I have been doing intermittent fasting and sometimes IIFYM when i want to treat myself for all the hardwork but still I manage to stay under my calorie deficit. I already got used to intermittent fasting and I dont know how to make that work with this meal planner. I use Myfitnesspal to help me stay on track on the other hand. Is the meal planner a tool that we have to use for the 12 week shred challenge? and if it is. Can I adjust it to a IF plan?
