Nice! My favorite exercise is "lugged wood". Gotta count everything that helps you reach your goals right?

Why do you start off with shrugs? Whenever my I do shrugs before doing side laterals my traps will start burning and taking over the movement.

actually ohawkey is right (imho) put the shrugs at the end :P

i'd not prefatigue my traps or shoulders with shrugs first, i'd rather do the heavy shoulder work first. Especially when you are doing shoulder presses they really need all energy you have in that musclegroup. rather spemnd the beginning with some shoulder warmup and then go for the presses.

 

And hey.. just because you did something always in a certain way, does not mean you can't try a different thing :P

 

Give it a try and maybe you are surprised by even increasing your shoulder press strength =)
