Hey, I`ve been trying to cut of excess bodyfat for the whole part of summer, however, unfortunately for the second time round... i failed :(. This is where i beg for the support and help of the hermanites. What is the best course of action, becoming a member and building an appropriate meal plan with the app scott provides? It`s either that or should I purchase the Lean Muscle System V2? Please guide me guys cause i have no idea what to do. All i want to do is make my dream come through for the upcoming summer, not being shy to take off my shirt, and when i do so i dont want be loughed at and ridiculed.

Hey man!

 

Well the Lean Muscle System is a FULL 6 week program and might be the best place to start. That way you will know exactly what to do every day. ALso, even with this program you can come here for extra help with your meal plan and workout if you need it!

I agree with Scott. You need guidance on an exercise regime with enough intensity to burn extra calories as well as a solid meal plan to help reduce body fat. It does take time, however, when you do it naturally especially if you are starting from fairly high body fat (18% or higher). If you get these in place and are consistent and patient, you will get to the leaness you desire :-)
