Hello, i was wandering if adding leg curls, leg extensions and calf raises to both the push and pull days  is a smart decision to grow legs faster.

what do you think? :)

The program already has a solid amount of leg volume for the workouts. If anything I would say do more of the exercises that are already there, rather than just introducing more.

You're welcome! Like I say, you can add more volume if you want, just do a few more sets of the exercises already in the program to really destroy the legs, or try C&R for extra volume 😊
