Hi. I am 33, from India (Weight: 126 lbs). I started going to gym two months ago to gain weight and muscle. I feel that my progress is slow so I decided to take up your 12 week program. The thing is I can only workout 5 days a week due to my work schedule and resposibilities at home. Can I just skip the 6th day or how should I tweak this program?

Also, I am a vegetarian (like vegan bu eat diary products). I keep getting told by people, even trainers, that I need to consume meat and egg to be able to gain weight, but I can't. Any suggestions there?

@greenmouli well if you only have 5 days to workout, you might be better with my 5-Day Bodybuilding split instead? Or maybe even wait for my Cheat & Recover program to release? They are both programs with a few less training days than the PPL split.

For your diet, no you don't have to eat meat and eggs, but you do need to make sure you are getting enough protein daily, and mixing up your protein sources to ensure you're getting complete proteins. Obviously you will also have to make sure that with your diet, you get enough carbs, fats and overall calories as well. Been to the @mealplan page to see what a good starting point for your macros might be?
