Hi, my journey started around 7 months ago, the 1st 4 were dedicated in fat loss at home.
Before i tell you what happened in the 1st 4 months, let me say that i know all i did was completely wrong on many levels(form,food,sets,reps,etc..).
But now that i look back, i find it funny and i am proud of it.

2 Things motivated me
1st- The power of unrequited Love
2nd- This image. I was like "I want to look good like that on a tight outfit"

This is what i did EVERYDAY, yes i never skipped a day even on my cheat days (20th of each month).

1st: I did as many ab crunches as i could in ~1:30m.

My "Ab Crunches":
-Laid on Bed.
-Went all the way up.
-Used Momentum with arms.

In the start i could only do 40, in the end i was able to go up to 85.
Why 1:30m? Well that is the average time for an anime opening hehe, However when it was a One Piece episode (3m+) i would not even count them i was dead x)

~4 Sets 20m+ rest period.

2nd: I would try to do ab crunches until the end of the video/music.

With a slower tempo.
I started with this one Haikyuu!! Opening 1-4(6M video), and i was only able to go up to 4m.
Eventually i reached my goal and had to step up, this was the one Haikyuu!! Opening & Endings(30m Video), however i had to give up on 25m mark.

3rd: I have a pool and it was summer time!

Decided that i would use it to get some work done.
This was one of my proudest achievments, in the start of the summer i could only go halfway underwater, however in the end i was able to go back and forth totally underwater!!

~(15m/49ft)x2

As for my "Routine" it was:

-10xFreestyle, once it was done switched right up to Breastroke and did another 10.
-10x Going underwater from one side to another one, of course comming back to surface once i reached one side and then going imidiately underwater again.
-Tan for 15m and repeat around 3 or 4 more times.

4th: Pull up bar

By this time i already had lost most of my fat and was skinny.
So i decided to do some "Muscle workout".
But, what a suprise i could not even do 1 :o

Eventually i was able to do around 5(Half reps & Momentum of course ahah), and decide to do some "elaborate" workouts of my own.
- 5 Pull Ups + 15 Push ups
- Rest
- 5 Wide Pull Ups + 15 Wide Push Ups
- Rest and Repeat

5th: Nutricional Side

- Cut 100% Soda, Butter, Cheese, Bread, etc..

- Just tried to eat less.

- Pizza & that stuff only on 20th of each month.

Thats about it.
Before: 74Kg/163lbs
After:  59Kg/130lbs 8.70% Body Fat (Probably Wrong the BF%).

Then a friend and a coworker invited me to a gym, Time to start part 2 :D October 6.
Dont have much photos to provide since i deleted my facebook account.
But there is almost nothing to be said here, just a few improvements etc.. no big deal.

Now, Lets Head to my "problem"(Photo of October 15th)

Will this "hole" of skin and bone only remain there or will it fill up eventually?

Bonus!!

Before:(November)                               After:(December)

My long hair is gone T_T

Looks and sounds like you have done an amazing job with your weight loss!! And hair loss! haha.

As you build up your chest, that gap may fill in more..or it could be genetic. Either way, be proud of what you have, and you can always work on making the muscle BIGGER :-)

You said pull ups are difficult...have you thought about trying the new 12 week home workout program? That will give you a good headstart to move onto one of the others once you have more strength and muscle mass :-)
