Is 250 calories of surplus enough for building muscle???

I'm 19 years Old my weight is 72kg , i'm eating about 290 calories of surplus so 2721 calories everyday Day and i don't Know if it's enough for building muscle.

Moreover my Macros are 181g Protein 325g carbs and 75g Fat

Is it enough for building muscle???

250-500 surplus if you want lean gains. Sure you can eat more but then you'll start gaining more fat.

I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. MS Athlete/Super Hermanite BEING CHALLENGED IN LIFE IS INEVITABLE, BEING DEFEATED IS OPTIONAL.
