I love Rich's WORK ETHIC and nothing more.!!!!

The Idea of his wacked out routines are just silly!! 300 Reps For Triceps And 180 Reps for Biceps....every day . C'mon Even someone like Rich who is extremly open and revealing about his steroid use will tell you that these types of routines are no way going to help you make gains. Guys like Rich put these viseos and routines up to get veiws & people talking about them.... This shit is there source of income.... Gotta keep people hooked somehow!!!! poor ppor beginers!! they fall right into this trap end up liking the guy and becomming a fan and buying his supps.. etc etc..!!!

Even with Rich being on enough gear to choke a pig your simply going to DESTROY the muscle tissue to the point of injury... not growth promotion... Guys like Rich might heal a bit quicker as they get some assistance fom the gear but ...... no way is this type of routine productivr for bodybuilding... nor is his 8 hour arm day!!!

But... the guy works his ass off!!!

Thats just my opinion!!!!!

As fast as my arms grow I hesitate giving them one day a week for direct training. So, I'd steer clear of anything like this.

I agree, Rich has an insanly good work ethic and he has made a very luxurious life because of it.

The volume he presents in his video will be to much for growth. Muscles need time to repair and this gives them litteraly no time at all to fully rebuild and recover, leaving no muscle gain.

The 8 hour arm workout, haha, funny you brought that one up. It does not get better than that !

You got 17.5 inch arms without training them directly ? Daaaaaamn, thats awesome dude ! Yeah no point in training them bigger at that point, in my opinion 18 inches is the biggest a natural should have (and most likely is capable of getting, except for the genetic elite)

Would only do this if I took special creatine. Big ass arms are overrated anyways.

I am glad that Rich is open about his roid usage. He should also make it very clear that 99% of the utter bullshit that comes out of his mouth won't work unless you are ALSO on gear.

I wonder how many young gullable kids destroyed themselves doing BS like this..

Thoughts?

Unfortunatley so many kids see the tats and body size and think hellz yeah. Personally I can't stand the guy ... he seems nice enough and keeps things fun but common. He does what he does to keep his name in the media and his supplement line moving. Fast forward a couple years, I wanna see how his body holds up. I'm 40 and building a better body to get me through my 90s... I'd like to be able to move.

Well, I did a lot of direct training this year for the shred challenge, but last year hardly any. My delts were really lagging behind, so I'd do delts like twice a week and rely on compound lifts to be enough for arms.

Ah I see ! Doing a muscle twice a week is a great way to bring it out.
