Hello friends. Though the challenge ended in march, im sure many of you are aware that Scott has posted different routines regardless. I congratulate the winner of this challenge, im sure hes a hard working guy. As for my self, I'm very happy about the results of my training though I could use a bit more work on my chest. Currently my goal is to go over 100kg in deadlift, squat and barbell-bench press.
PR Squat - 100kg
PR Deadlift - 220kg
PR Barbell Bench-press - 95kg
How about you guys? Are you satisfied with the end results?
