It's going to be a lot like when you decline and flat press. Keep your chest tight and squeeze at the top. When using barbell act like you are bringing your hands together except you keep them in place. What angle are you using for incline? You want to be at 30-45 degrees, the higher the angel the more your delts come into play and less your chest. I prefer 30 degrees. Keep your movements under control when lowering and explode up.

Before you will feel any muscle work you must be able to squeeze the muscle without using weight for example when posing trying to squeeze your upper chest. You have to create that mind muscle connection with the upper chest in an isometric contraction in order to be able to create a contraction throughout movement such as the incline press
