    Help with workout and nutrition

    August 30, 2017, 3:27 am

    Hi everybody!πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹

I'm 17 and it's since a couple of months that I've decided to make a change in my life. Finally I joined this site and I'm here to ask you for some tips, regarding both workout and nutrition. I'm 1,82 m tall and my weight is about 127 lbs.I don't aim to become a bodybuilder, I just want my Abs and my chest to be well defined, even in poor light. As for biceps and triceps, I'd be satisfied with a decent aspect. Which are the best exercises to achieve my goal? Should I do cardio (perhaps HIIT)? What foods should I avoid and which should I include in my diet?

Here is a photo of my body at the moment. By looking at it, how much body fat percentage do I have? I've tried to calculate it lots of times but the results are different every time.

    Thanks in advance!πŸ˜ƒ

    Welcome my bro!!!

Well you definitely don't need cardio! But what you do need is solid structure. I want you starting with my PPL program. Here is the link:

    http://muscularstrength.com/Push-Pull-Legs

As for foods, once you become platinum you need to utilize my @mealplan app to start logging your food. This will be CRUCIAL for you to make gains. Also, check out this article for healthy food choices!
