Sooo hey there everybody! Scott ya told me on youtube to hit ya on here sooo here I am! My name's Ron, anddd I've ready lost 125lbs and am now some what of a wizard with the meal planning haha
Im 27 6'1255lbs abd started losing weight around 2 years ago at near 400lbs (heaviest on drs record I think was 385? But I know I got heavier)
I've joined up on here so I could hopefully talk to scott and shed off these last 80 pounds
I got sick for 3 months and was maintaining weight for 2 months before that so things are finally back on course and actually I start a brand new vegan monday-friday meal plan with meat on weekends (possibly fish on wednesdays, I need to figure out if I'm fully cutting red meat all together) and can't wait to switch from a 3 day split to a 5! Which is why I joined so I could get that plan haha.
Oh yeah! My brother has benefited from all of this as well, he started around 220lbs and with my gym routine (found on interenet forums) and meal plan (i am a wizard with macros haha) he's gone down to 155 then bulked to 170 and I know have him cutting to 160 where he will stay at and just continuously build muscle (aka no more cutting/bulking) (he's 5'10)

I watch your videos a lot for good form and advice and etc you've helped me a lot through this journey and now it's time to hit the 185lb end goal!!!
