Hi, my names Dave and i'm from the UK! Started bodybuilding when i was 16, never really fitted in at school and struggled to make friends. I had a hard time with bullies all the way through school and one day I finally said no! Going to the gym changed me in so many ways and not just physical, but it also prepared me mentally and helped me grow as a person. Don't usually sign up for stuff like this, but watching Scott's videos has given me so much knowledge and for once seems like the only genuine guy who really does want to make a difference!
