About Me   

Was at 385lbs and challenged myself to a Tough Mudder after watching Scott's videos. Dropped down to 275lbs in a year of hard training and barely completed the course although I did skip a few obstacles due to a knee injury. Now I'm training to do all the obstacles and hopefully be shirtless this time! :) #ArkansasMuscle
