- Endomorph - 3 years back I was 308 lbs - I reached 202 lbs but still I had higher fat% - Now I am 244 lbs (but stronger than before),,, I calculated my fat% from waist, hip, wrist and forearm calculation from google and it came out to be 26.24%... - I was in darkness because of one electronic fat measurement device. It made me happy. This halted my progress. I have 26.24% bf and it was showing me 15%. LOL double time...
