I have been doing some kind of sport for as long as I can remember, since about 13 years old, starting at school cricket, football etc. I was always stick thin until I joined the Army. With a little weight training and Army food I bulked up a bit, leaving at 12 stone 2lbs. After the Army I continued with sport, mostly cycle racing and running. Up until about 6 months ago I had large muscely legs and not much upper body strength, although I had put on weight up to 13 stone 4! My heaviest ever. After not liking what I saw in the mirror I joined up with Athleanx and have just finished Jeff's 3 month plan which has been a great kick-start. I am now down to 12 stone 2 and have started Sott's "Push Pull Legs", in order to continue to get lean and put on some muscle. So far so good. I have always been drug free and into an all round healthy lifestyle, looking good and feeling great is a bonus worth working for.
