I've been interested in keeping myself healthy and active for the past 3 years and have been working out seriously for the past 5-6 months. I use a home gym I've been building for a while now which includes all the basics I need and I plan to add to it as I need to. I grew up living an active life in general; being moderately outdoorsy I definitely was not a couch potato. However I had never really taken interest in one particular sport of activity enough to engage in regularly year round. This caused my attention to be drawn to weight lifting and I have been hooked ever since.
