Not much of a story really, im a 25 year old male. For the last 4 years i developed really bad habits with eating and not being too active. I work as federal armed security which sounds more intense then it really is, lets just say i dont do a lot of physical activity at work, which in my profession that isn't necessarily a bad thing. But about 4 minths ago my fiance became pregnant and im going to be a dad now! So i decided i want to raise my son to enjoy a healthy lifestyle, but if im going to preach healthy living then i need to be living healthy to lead by example. So i go to the gym 5 to 6 days a week now and eat as clean as possible. Its a challenge to change my habits so drastically but i have seen good changes and i plan to live my life like this from now on!
