About Me   

As a young kid I was average weight until about age 9 when I started eating crappy food all the time due to my parents both working and having my sister either order pizza or they would buy fast food. My weight gain now that I look back at my old pictures was crazy fast, from 4th to 5th grade I went from skinny/average to having a face that looked like a plump pumpkin. In JH I graduated weighing 265lbs at 5' wearing 3XL shirts although I was actually more fit than 90% of the school, as I came in 14th as far as 1 mile run times, and was on the top 5 in weight lifting on all lifts, heck I could even go up and down on the peg board, I just did not look the part at all. I started HS wanting to play football but missed hell week due to summer school, (I was a full on nerd 4.0 and extra classes before and after school just cause). My sophomore year I made it and started training 3 times a day at 530am practice, my second period of 2.5 hours of weights, and after school practice for 3 hours. In order to stay on the team we had to participate in off season sports so I did the field part of track and field. All in all I played 3 years of football and 2 in track and field. Leaving high school at 210lbs and 5'6", I stopped working out so much as I was far too short to be a good lineman in college, and did not have the cardio to be a running back. I did continue to lift weights for another year then got completely distracted with drinking and the beach as I live on the coast. I eventually dropped to 170lbs, and have since started working at a cooler where I have managed to gain 25lbs in the past 6 years, working 12-15 hour shifts I don't get much time to cook or even sleep. I started lifting weights again this past year and my chest size blew up radically at 6" along with my thighs coming in a bit as of late, my arms grew about 3", and have lost about an inch around the stomach but I still got plenty of fat to go. I am back into 2XL just to fit my chest into them due to my not losing much fat but gaining a lot of muscle. I gained about 20lbs since I started lifting and my lifts shot up dramatically so im pretty sure its muscle weight, but at 5'6" I wanna drop all this fat and get down into the 12-17% range, around 190. As you can tell I don't mind my weight I just want the fat gone, im used to being heavy but the fat needs to go. Its time for a change.
