About Me   

I am 23 years old have been into fitness for a few years now. I do weight training about 3 times a week (on a good week) and complete a high intensity kettle bell circuit once a week also. I struggle to gain muscle and seem to just maintain the gains I already have. My main area of concern is my diet as I don't currently have a diet plan, I just intake a protein shake on gym days.
