Where to start..... Well started training again a year ago after having a 5 year break due to serious injuries and case of lazyarseituss.. Hit rock bottom in March 2013 when I went up to 226 lbs of lard.... I started to watch YouTube for motivation and discovered Scott Herman and have never looked back!
