So last summer(2014), I bought a membership to LA. A new friend I had just met, pushed me to go, after showing me his transformation pics. My friend is the big guy in our crowd at school haha. Anyways, with his help and the help of a few others, I made a serious attempt at lifting for 5 months. They were very insistent that I start light and I did. Without much knowledge or instruction, I gained a lot of weight and a lot size and strength for 5 months. This surprised the hell out of my friends, they said it was crazy lol. I even ended up dressing as Captain America fro Halloween! xD 2 months down the road, I am in two different theatrical productions(I perform in both Muscial Theatre and Ballet), and balancing both college and high school classes. I'm overloaded. I end up taking a 4 month hiatus from January to April. Things have finally cooled down with just graduation coming up and I've returned to the gym with a new mindset. Control. Slow and controlled movements, with equal attention to both upper and lower body, front and back. I chose Scott Herman as an ideal goal for gains, because he is one of the few builders I can look at and assume is natural. We also happen to look somewhat similar I think (blonde haha) I've been following his YouTube video workouts, titled "My -muscle group- workout" Looking forward to these forums and my progress :) Thanks for reading
