I just paid for another year of gym, and decided to try and get a work out plan with meal guidance. I'm looking to define my muscle groups, sort like Ryan Reynolds. not to much , but defined and lean! Last year at the gym , I had no plan, no goals other than to actually show up and do something would improve my body.
